I just recently retired from RailRoading and thought this would be a good time to offer up my personal vision of Art for your visual enjoyment and perhaps compliment your home or office decor with a selection or two........I am self taught in Art making and don't ever expect that I will ever tire from making marks on Paper,Wood,Metal and Computer Graphics. I studied photography with the Famous School of Photography,Westport Conn. and put this knowledge to good use while stationed in different and most interesting parts of Europe. It was while I was on Military duty in Italy that I managed many day long train trips to venice to work as an unpaid assistant to venetian glass blowers. The sad part was not being able to photograph the city of Venice in detail due to the high cost of photo film in those days (1968) and the low salary paid to soldiers. The happy element was all the pretty exchange students found in Venice, I was in love every weekend that I made this magical trip......
